Our services

Reputect provides Review Generation, Review Monitoring, and Content Removal services to Australian businesses. Reputect is a technology and process company, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice or representation.

Pricing and no-win-no-fee removal

Content Removal work is quoted individually after a free assessment, with the price agreed upfront before any work begins. Under our no-win-no-fee terms, you are only charged the agreed fee if the content is successfully removed. Review Generation and Review Monitoring are ongoing monthly subscriptions billed at the rate agreed at signup.

No guaranteed outcome

While we assess every case carefully before quoting, removal decisions are made by the platform hosting the content, not by Reputect. We do not guarantee that any specific piece of content will be removed — only that, under no-win-no-fee terms, you won't be charged for removal work that doesn't succeed.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and the content you ask us to review, and not to use our services to target genuine, truthful reviews or content protected by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Reputect's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
