What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or booking through this site, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details of the service you're asking about (including, where relevant, links to specific content you want assessed).

Why we collect it

We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond to you, prepare a quote, and deliver the service you've requested. We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services we use

Enquiry emails are delivered via Google Workspace. Forms are protected from spam using Cloudflare Turnstile. Call bookings are handled via Calendly. Each of these providers processes limited data on our behalf solely to deliver the relevant function.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Contact office@reputect.com.au for any privacy request or complaint.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and client information only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
