Real estate

Catching a negative review before it reached a full week unnoticed

A multi-location real estate agency had no consistent way of knowing when a new review landed across its various office listings, sometimes finding out weeks later.

The challenge

With several office locations and agents each generating their own reviews, negative reviews could sit unnoticed for weeks before anyone on the management team saw them — well past the point of being able to respond usefully.

The approach

Set up ongoing monitoring across every listed office profile, with lower-rated reviews flagged as priority the moment they were identified, plus a monthly reporting dashboard summarising what had been tracked and flagged.

The outcome

New reviews were identified same-day rather than weeks later, giving the team a real window to respond — and, where relevant, start a removal assessment — before the review had been sitting unaddressed.

Detection time

Same day vs. previously weeks

All office listings, one dashboard

We didn't realise how much was slipping through until we had visibility across every office at once.
